Wellington's Soup Shack
"Sometimes you have to think outside of the box" says owner Bill Powell.

The food business is not so easy and you have to stay current. People want quick and easy and affordable. Bill took Aly's she shed and converted it to a soup shack on wheels. Simple concept of serving hot soup, hotdogs and quick pick sandwiches in the parking lot of Wellington's Grill.

In the spring, I plan on making it a Lobster Shack. We will be serving lobster rolls.
​
Aly will be getting a new she shed.
